Man Electrocuted a Few Days to His Wedding in Anambra

The unfortunate event happened happened over the
weekend in Nanka, Anambra state. It is claimed that
the victims were erecting canopies for the burial
ceremony of

a relative one late Mr James Ibe when a 33KVA high
tension wire allegedly magnetized them as the
victims were made to lift the canopy in place. Six of
the men carrying the canopy received severe electric
shock and were rushed to the Teaching Hospital at
Nnewi. However, one of them who was gearing up
for his marriage in comming weeks, identified as
Chekwube died instantly. May his soul rest in peace…
