400 Level LAUTECH Student Arrested For Stealing & Raping Female Students

Oyo State Police paraded a 400-Level male student of the department of Transport, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Kayode Oluwaseyi, for allegedly breaking into students’ hostels. Oyo Police Commissioner Leke Oyebade said the suspect also stole valuable property and sometimes raped his female victims.

The police boss said the suspect belonged to a notorious criminal gang aka, three Mopols. Oluwaseyi was paraded with two others, Adeyemi Taiwo and Adeyemi Kehinde, who were said to have been receiving some of the stolen items.

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, RRS, of Lagos State Police Command, have arrested three suspected members of a robbery gang that specialized in attacking motorists and commuters trapped in traffic around Ikoyi area of the state.
thievesThe suspects, as gathered, were arrested in their hideout around Bourdillon, while preparing for an operation, Saturday.
Recovered from the suspects were four cutlasses, axes and iron rods used in breaking victims’ cars’ windscreens.

MTN Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Sifiso Dabengwa, resigned on Monday morning over the N1.04tn fine imposed on MTN Nigeria by the country’s regulatory body – the Nigerian Communications Commission.
